As the train transports you to Terminal A (or Terminal B), follow the instructions directing you to either Baggage Claim A or Baggage Claim B. Once inside Terminal A or Terminal B, look for the large letters depicting Baggage Claim A or Baggage Claim B. Take the stairs, escalator or elevator down to the Arrivals/Baggage Claim Level and your chauffeur will meet you holding a sign with your name on it.
Yes, a transfer is basically a direct, one-way pick up and drop, at a set time. We will do a complementary stop if needed for you. Remember that if you book a round-trip service, you will obtain 10% discount of the regular tariff.
All vehicles are stocked with bottled water and mints. Sedans and SUV’s also have Kleenex and daily newspapers.
All vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING.
